Before you book

  • Opening hours are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
  • On Fridays the house receives visitors in the evening only.
  • Children under eight enter free, accompanied by an adult.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow the official platform's policy.

How the booking completes

Payment is taken on the company's official booking platform, guide.org.sa, where you choose an available slot and complete payment securely.

  2. A copy reaches us by email and a confirmation reaches you
  3. You continue to the booking platform to pick a slot and pay
